2          Personal data processed

2.1   Navigation data

The processing of personal data of users who visit and consult the Site is limited to the so-called navigation data the transmission of which is necessary for the functioning of the computer systems and the programs necessary for the operation of the Site but which by their very nature could, in association with other data, allow the identification of users.

These include the IP addresses or the names of the computers used by the users connecting to the Site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained the answer, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (good order, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and to the IT platform used by the user.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning. 5         Recipients of personal data

  • persons authorized by the Officine Conterno to the processing of personal data for activities strictly related to the provision of services, which have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;
  • police forces, armed forces and other public administrations in order to fulfil their obligations under applicable laws, regulations and national or European legislation as well as agencies or professionals for debt collection (e.g. debts owed to us) or to allow the defense in the judgment of the Officine Conterno for example in the case of violations of the network by the users;

6          Trasferimento dei dati personali

Officine Conterno non trasferisce dati personali in paesi terzi o a organizzazioni internazionali. Tuttavia, si riserva la possibilità di utilizzare servizi in cloud. In tal caso, i fornitori dei servizi saranno selezionati tra coloro che forniscono garanzie adeguate, così come previsto dall’art. 46 GDPR 679/16. Il trattamento, pertanto, avverrà secondo una delle modalità consentite dalla legge vigente, quali ad esempio l’adozione di Clausole Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea, la selezione di soggetti aderenti a programmi internazionali per la libera circolazione dei dati, (es. EU-USA Privacy Shield) o operanti in Paesi considerati sicuri dalla Commissione Europea.

7          Conservazione dei dati personali

I sistemi informativi e i programmi informatici utilizzati da Officine Conterno sono configurati in modo da ridurre al minimo l’uso di dati personali e identificativi; tali dati sono trattati solo per il conseguimento delle specifiche finalità di volta in volta perseguite; in ogni caso il criterio utilizzato per determinare il periodo di conservazione è improntato al rispetto dei termini consentiti dalle leggi applicabili e dai principi di minimizzazione del trattamento e di razionale gestione degli archivi.

8          Diritti dell’interessato

Ai sensi degli artt. 15 e ss. del Regolamento, l’utente ha il diritto di chiedere a Officine Conterno, in qualunque momento, l’accesso ai propri dati personali, la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi, o di opporsi al loro trattamento ai sensi dell’art. 21 del GDPR. Ha, inoltre, diritto di richiedere la limitazione del trattamento nei casi previsti dall’art. 18 del GDPR, nonché di ottenere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i dati che la riguardano, nei casi previsti dall’art. 20 del GDPR.

Le richieste vanno rivolte per iscritto al Titolare ai recapiti indicati al paragrafo n. 1 della presente Privacy Policy.

In ogni caso l’utente ha sempre diritto di proporre reclamo all’Autorità di controllo competente (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), ai sensi dell’art. 77 del Regolamento, qualora ritenga che il trattamento dei propri dati sia contrario alla normativa in vigore.
