ALP METAL PLATE FEEDERS
ALP metal plate feeders are machines designed for the primary supply of rocks or alluvial materials to the crusher, they guarantee a constant supply and very high flow rates. Robustly made, they consist of a feed track made with cast or extruded articulated plates. Motorisation is applied with a multistage gearmotor. ALP metal plate feeders are available in widths of 650 to 1200 mm and are adaptable in length up to 10/12 metres.
ALC FEEDER CARTS
Designed for the feeding of aggregates including clayey and poorly flowing material, our feeder carts are extremely reliable machines suitable for continuous service even in heavy operating conditions. The ALC feeder carts are made in different sizes depending on the grain sizes and flow rates to be obtained. Flow rate adjustment is possible by turning the flanged cam.
FEEDERS/ALVB VIBRATORY FEEDERS
Designed for the extraction and dosage of loose materials of different sizes, the unidirectional and adjustable intensity vibration is generated by electric eccentric mass vibrators. The ALVB feeders/vibratory feeders made of suitably stiffened, press-bent sheet metal, are used in a large variety of sectors, from the steel industry to the mining industry.
Officine Conterno belt feeders are suitable for the dosing and extraction of aggregates into and from hoppers. They ensure a constant and regular flow with aggregates of small and medium sizes, even in the presence of high percentages of fines. Generally, belt feeders are mounted with variable speed drives and/or inverters for precise adjustment of the extraction speed and flow rate.
ALV SCREENING FEEDERS
Designed for feeding medium sized aggregates, the ALV screening feeders enable the separation of the fine pieces from the coarse. These machines, made in different sizes depending on the grain sizes and flow rates to be obtained, are generally used for feeding primary or secondary crushers. The vibration is generated by electric vibration motors with adjustable eccentric masses.
